Tasting note
A fruity, powerful Ribera del Duero for everyday use. The brief aging in new barriques gives it an elegant note without masking the typical aromas of blackberries and plums.

Vinification
Mash fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10 days, BSA at 20°C, followed by a 4-month aging in barriques.
