Tasting note
Bright ruby red color. On the nose, notes of red berries such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a touch of violet. Fruity, soft and well-balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with hearty tomato sauces, grilled meat and medium-aged cheese. Also perfect with traditional Italian antipasti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After temperature-controlled fermentation, it is aged in stainless steel tanks.
