Tasting note
Ruby red with an opaque center. On the nose, aromas of black fruits, cedar, leather and graphite. Full-bodied on the palate with firm but polished tannins, lively acidity and a very long, mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meat, game dishes and aged hard cheese.
Vinification
24 to 30 months in used 225 liter French oak barrels
