Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is deep purple red with a ruby red edge. The nose is characterized by aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, lavender, wild thyme and black pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-integrated tannins, juicy fruit and a long, spicy finish. The mineral freshness and fine-grained tannins give the wine structure and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
This red wine is ideal with grilled meat, lamb dishes, spicy tapas or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
The vinification takes place without the use of wood in concrete and stainless steel tanks, with a longer maceration period and a “double pasta” made from Garnacha on Syrah skins, which gives the wine additional depth.
