Tasting note
Vivid, intense color, versatile and fine on the nose, licorice and cocoa, on the palate it is fresh, balanced, well-integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all major Mediterranean dishes and sausages.
Vinification
After maceration of about seven days, the wine matures on fine lees, followed by aging in barriques for 6 months.
