Tasting note
Straw yellow in color with bright green reflections, it has an intense bouquet This is a seductive tropical aroma with classic nuances of Mediterranean shrubs, medicinal herbs and berries. It is warm in the mouth, with hints of ripe fruit mixed with an exuberant, salty note. The long aftertaste has mineral notes and is extremely fresh and tasty.

Cold mcerated and aged on yeast in steel tanks.
