Tasting note
Made from white grenache grapes from our vineyard at the La Vinyeta winery. It is a very special terroir, just 200 meters from the Darmós winery, with a northeast orientation and fine-grained sandy limestone soil. The result is pleasant grapes that produce an aromatically intense and complex wine with good acidity and creamy texture. A fresh, fruity white wine with floral notes.
Vinification
Gentle, brief maceration on the skins, followed by six months of aging in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast (bâtonnage)
