About the wine

Abadía da Cova is a small family business in Ribeira Sacra, in northwestern Spain. The sunny slopes along the Miño and Sil rivers consist of centuries-old terraces, many of which date back to Roman times. Today, the winery is managed by Paloma and Adrián Rodriquez and José Moure in the fourth generation. Since 2018, they have been supported by experienced oenologist Nacho Álvarez. Their firm conviction and guiding principle: In addition to the country from which it comes, a wine should also reflect the year in which it was forged and formed.
