Picturesque landscapes of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Immich-Batterieberg conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The start is clear, direct and characterized by citrus fruits. Wonderfully fresh entry-level wine with great drinking flow, lightness and finesse.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the wines are aged largely uncontrolled both in wooden barrels and in stainless steel tanks and left on the full yeast for a long time. The puristic and dry wines are neither embellished nor de-acidified.
