Tasting note
The grapes, harvested and sorted by hand, are slowly vinified in a vat under temperature control. The wine continues to mature at low temperatures, without filtration and without the addition of sulfur. Deep and intense red color. Bouquet of cassis and pepper with notes of black fruits (blackberries, blueberries). A rich, aromatic and crisp wine with very silky tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red spiced meat and hunting dishes.
