Tasting note
Pale yellow, very clear robe with a beautiful blister cord. The nose is very expressive, with notes of citrus and flowers, of great finesse. The palate has a lovely aromatic freshness, very well balanced, with citrus notes and a fine bubble.
Culinary recommendation
Served well chilled, Café de Paris Heritage can be enjoyed as a kir, spritz or simply in a glass. It goes well with aperitifs and spicy desserts, such as an apple pie with cinnamon.
Vinification
Natural fermentation, 6 months of aging in closed tanks.
