About the wine

Tasting note
The wine is intense garnet red with purple reflections. The nose is dominated by fresh red fruits and jam aromas. On the palate, it is fruity, sweet, pleasant, harmonious and elegant with an excellent tannin balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aged cheeses, intricately prepared fish dishes and white and red meats in Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine.
Vinification
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for at least 18 months
