About the wine
Blooming and fertile Lombardy landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Nino Negri conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the dominant Chardonnay 2016 — Ca' Brione Terrazze Retiche IGT, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
Who thinks of white wine when they hear the word Valtellina? And yet there are more and more oenologists who, in addition to many typical red wines, also press some selected white wine specialities. By the way, the name is derived from a single location at over 550 meters above sea level. On the very fruity nose, Ca'Brione also offers subtle honey and aging notes as well as exotic fruits. This aroma continues subtly on the palate and flows smoothly into a long-lasting finish with lots of fruit. With this white wine, NINO NEGRI has succeeded in making a convincing addition to traditional Nebbiolo wines.
