Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow. On the nose, aromas of ripe apples, citrus fruits and vanilla, accompanied by fine roasted notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with a creamy texture, well-integrated acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Goes well with poultry, creamy risottos, precious fish
Vinification
Fermentation and aging in French barriques followed by batonnage for added depth and complexity.
