Tasting note
An unmistakable Cabernet Sauvignon! Aromas of fresh blackberries, blueberries and dark plums. Plus coffee, sweet exotic spices, graphite and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate with plenty of concentration, fullness and depth. Everything in perfect harmony and with a bewitchingly long finish.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are fermented and then gently pressed. It is then aged for 22 months in completely new French oak barrels, followed by 10 months in the bottle before the wine is sold.
