About the wine

Tasting note
Cabernet Sauvignon in its purest form: Intense aromas of cassis, red berries, ripe fruit, spice and growth notes flow out of the glass. The rich body with enamel and soft tannin as well as the fruity structure leave a lingering impression on the finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon impresses and surprises with its good price-performance ratio.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sweet and sour, wok dishes, Tex-Mex cuisine, giant prawns, veal steak, lamb steak, beef steak, pork steak and chili con carne.
Vinification
20 - 25% of the young wine was aged in barriques (American and French oak) for twelve months, the rest in stainless steel tanks
