About the wine
Intense, spicy bouquet with notes of wild berries and cinnamon. Nice and soft tannins without being boring or flat. Beautiful elegance with lots of emphasis. Top price-performance ratio!

Tasting note
Elegant notes of licorice, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate blend with fruity aromas of black cherries and a spicy touch of cinnamon. Velvety tannins on the palate. It is elegant and complex and ends with fine cedarwood aromas.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meats such as beef, lamb or game. It goes just as well with spicy stews, ripe hard cheeses and hearty pasta dishes with strong sauces. It is also an excellent choice with a hearty sausage platter or dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
Vinification
After harvesting, the aromas are gently extracted through controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for several months, which gives it additional complexity and structure.
