About the wine
On the nose, juicy black currants meet a touch of spicy pepper and delicate hints of dark chocolate. Powerful yet supple on the palate, with ripe tannins that firmly frame the wine without overwhelming it. Sipping it is like walking through an autumn forest — warm, earthy, intense. Great for long evenings and honest conversations.

Tasting note
Dense ruby red with a large core. Compact and concentrated on the nose, with notes of ripe cassis, blackberries, licorice, fireplace smoke and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is strong and structured, with juicy but present tannins. Combined, harmonious power. Black berries and lots of spice. Multi-faceted, long aftertaste, wonderfully accompanied by roasted aromas
Culinary recommendation
Particularly suitable for veal. For example, a juicy chop of sage butter.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks for around 15 days. Biological acid degradation takes place at the same time. The wine is then refined in French oak barriques for 12 months.
