Tasting note
The pure Cabernet Sauvignon from Stone Castle is vinified from hand-picked grapes that grow in the vineyards in Kosovo's Rahoveci Valley. In the glass, it presents itself in a deep dark ruby red. Intense aromas of wild berries develop on the nose. On the palate, full-bodied and harmonious with soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled or braised beef, lamb chops, spicy ragouts or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
12 months in oak barrels.
