About the wine
In 1934, the Italian immigrant Pietro de Martino bought several hectares of vineyards in the Maipo Valley. In doing so, he continued an old family tradition from Viganello. Oenologist Marcelo Retamal travels to various countries once a year to become familiar with local wine production and the latest developments and trends. De Martino wines are today characterized by the intensity of the fruit aroma and pleasant tannins.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, rabbits, lamb and ducks.
Vinification
After cool fermentation, maceration of the wine on the grape skins for 27 days. It is then aged for 12 months in French barriques.
