Tasting note
Dark cherry red with purple reflections. The aroma is cherries, blackberries and cassis with nuances of coffee and vanilla. A great wine with a well-built body, fleshy and concentrated. One of California's best wines.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, mushrooms and vegetables.
Vinification
In barriques for 22 months. 80% of the barrels consist of new wood.
