Tasting note
Dense ruby red with an attractive sheen. A seductive bouquet characterized by aromas of cassis, strawberries and precious woods, complemented by subtle nuances of coconut and crémant chocolate. The elegant start quickly gives way to a powerful, dense and fruit-intensive note, which also includes black cherries and rosemary. Harmonious and smooth, with subtle barrique toasting. An ethereal freshness gives this Max Reserva a juicy, pleasantly structured finish.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with chili con carne, minced meat dumplings, lasagna, pizza and beef goulash. It also goes great with corn gratin with chicken or with hearty pies.
