Tasting note
The fruity aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of complexity with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. That will be remembered: Its deep ruby red gives every occasion a special touch. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.

Goes well with lamb with rosemary, beef bourguignon, filet and much more.

A few words about vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks, ageing in French barriques for 20 months, bottled unfiltered.
