The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery La Tunella conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or Gruyère burgers.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The bouquet features typical cabernet fruit (red berries and cassis) and slightly spicy with notes of plum and some black pepper. On the palate, it is soft and elegant, with excellent structure and racy freshness, a wine that immediately delights.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with roasts, knuckles, chops and lamb chops, but also with sausages. Excellent with well-aged cheeses
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. Fermentation on the trays takes place in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 25 hl French oak barrels
