About the wine
This barrique version of Cabernet Sauvignon contains aromas of paprika, violets, but also of coffee and tobacco, which have given it a 12-month aging in oak barrels. It is full-bodied and tannic and offers good storage potential.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is deep ruby red. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of pepper, violet, coffee and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich in tannins with a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with poultry, roasted and marinated meats, grilled dishes and hard cheeses.
Vinification
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the sun-drenched regions of Valais. After careful handpicking, the traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for over 18 months.
