A must for connoisseurs, this dominant red wine 2015 — Cabernet Sauvignon Altosur Argentina M.O.! Sunny and enchanting landscapes in Mendoza give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Argentinean winery Sophenia conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.
Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby red with shiny garnet reflections and black core, indicated viscosity. Aromatics: Dense nose, blackberry aromas, clear, varietal ivy/pepperoni notes, mossy after moist undergrowth, toasted bread. Body: Soft start with fine-grained tannins, strong build, well-balanced acidity, wonderful concentration and length with lovely fruit sweetness. Quality: Beautifully centered, good balance, between fruit and body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled pork steak with orange marinade, BBQ, oriental lamb skewer and moussakka.
