Tasting note
Deep dark red. A dominant bouquet of blackberries and black currants. Character: On the palate, nuances of cassis, the earthy aroma of Cabernet Sauvignon is noticeable. Fine tannins contribute to a sweet and long finish.

Goes well with red meats, roasts, pasta and cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in French barriques for 12 months.
