Tasting note
This red wine is deep ruby red with aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, mint, leather and fine notes of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, it is velvety, rich and complex with a well-integrated acid structure. The aftertaste is long and harmonious.
Vinification
20 days of mash fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in barrique tonneau. Assemblage and 10 months of aging in steel tanks.
