Tasting note
Saartjie Cabernet Franc 2019 is a well-structured wine with a bright red hue. On the nose, there are chalky notes with a nice minerality. On the palate, there are hints of peppery spice, floral notes and red berries. A firm but soft tannin structure makes it possible to enjoy this wine now, but will benefit from further aging.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Cabernet Franc goes well with game, ravioli and goat cheese.
