Tasting note
The nose shows aromas of plum fruit, red and blue berries and a touch of orange peel and dried cranberries. Spicy with fine herbal notes and some cedarwood. On the palate, with a distinct extract of sweetness, gripping tannin and a subtle chocolaty finish.
Culinary recommendation
With its strong structure, it goes well with grilled cuisine, e.g. spare ribs, lamb chops, rib eye, plus grilled peppers, zucchini and corn. Also excellent with stews and game.
