Markus and his wife Ingrid Iro are parents of 78759 vines. And each of their Austrian wine children is carefully, professionally and lovingly cared for. Sounds like a lot of work and it is. As a rather smaller representative of Burgenland winemakers, Markus has managed to be represented on virtually every wine list that stands out in our eastern neighboring country.

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections. Chocolatey, black heart cherry, tobacco, well-integrated wood notes. Complex, fresh with delicate mint. Cassis in the aftertaste with a well-integrated fir structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with dishes with dark meat or game, as well as with dishes with root vegetables.
