Tasting note
The intense dark crimson of the Rainbow's End Cabernet Franc Limited release makes you want more. Aromas of dark chocolate, licorice and hints of the typical fruit notes of plums and ripe mulberries spread through the nose. In the mouth, seductive tannin and a luscious and infinitely velvety feeling. The finish is reminiscent of nuances of ripe mulberries and soft nut-nougat cream.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with hearty meats such as beef, lamb or pork.
Vinification
50% of the wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels while the other 50% was used as a second and third occupancy.
