Tasting note
Pure Cabernet Franc, aged in steel tanks. Ethereal, spicy nose with aromas of sour cherries, cranberries and red plums, along with notes of grilled sweet red peppers, dried herbs, fine dark chocolate and a subtle smoky, greasy touch. On the palate, showing ripe berries, again with a fine spiciness, with a noticeable but velvety tannin structure and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Great accompaniment to grilled or oven-baked meat dishes, such as juicy “Secreto Iberico” with grilled vegetables, or leg of lamb spiked with garlic and rosemary, or even with game.
