Tasting note
Intense red color with purple reflections. Complex on the nose with notes of black fruits, aromatic herbs and spices. Dynamic and vertical on the palate, deep in the gulp, with elegant and soft tannins, in absolute balance with the structure of the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat and hearty stews.
Vinification
The grape must ferments in cement tanks for 15 days before being aged for 12 months in 50% new barriques and 50% in used barriques. Aging in bottle for one year.
