Tasting note
The color is a dense, almost impenetrable ruby red. The extremely pure bouquet ranges from dark berries to notes of precious spices and tobacco. On the palate, the Magnificat is decisive and powerful. Tannin and acid are harmoniously combined and provide the necessary freshness. The long-lasting finish once again confirms the class of this Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification
The temperature-controlled mash fermentation takes place in steel tanks and takes around 20 days. Two thirds of the 18-month aging phase takes place in oak barrels and 500 liters of oak barrels and one third in anphores.
