Color: Clear golden yellow color, grey-golden shimmer, fine mousse. Aromatics: Rich, fruity aroma palette (lemon, apple, quince paste, yellow plums), fine lemon balm nuance, seductively sweet honey in the finale. Body: Very long, slightly sweet drink, fresh, sparkling on the palate, present aromas, nice sweetness/tart. Quality: Intense, complex and very harmonious - very typical with the fine tartness in the finale.
