About the wine

Tasting note
A deep garnet red with ruby red highlights, a rich combination of red fruits from strawberries to cherries, accompanied by a subtle touch of fresh plum and earthy notes. Full-bodied and supple on the palate, with soft tannins that result in a long and persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled, marinated flank steak, aged cheese or roast duck.
Vinification
Special oak barrels with screw caps for airtight sealing. 16 months of aging — 60% new barrels. Type of oak: French oak.
