About the wine
Bovale, also known as Bovale grande, Niéddera or Tintillia. As with Muristeddu, the origin is uncertain; it probably came to Sardinia during the Spanish occupation.

Tasting note
The grapes come from the municipality of Marrubio in Alto Campidano, in the west of the island. Brilliant ruby red Extremely rich bouquet, the notes of Mediterranean scrub and dark berries are harmoniously complemented by finely spicy aromas. On the palate, the Bovale maintains a pleasant freshness despite strength and fullness. On round tannin, the harmonious and persistent finish is also convincing.
