Tasting note
Pale golden yellow in the glass. Dry body with creamy texture and balanced acidity. Hints of tropical fruits, apples, ripe lemons, red fruits, brioche and oak The aftertaste is long and persistent, with lots of tropical fruits and vanilla on the palate.
Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and stored in American oak barrels for 6 months.
