About the wine
Love for Burgenland tradition and love for nature: that is what drives Triebaumers in their work. They produce plants that can be attributed to their origin at any time. Of course, Blaufränkisch dominates, which they know perfectly both in the fine-cherry-fruity variety and in the complex, spicy one. Respect for their sites and soils is reflected in their abstinence from synthetic fertilisers, herbicides and insecticides. In 25 out of 26 points, their viticulture is also organic-organic.

Tasting note
Strong, dark red with purple edges, very good odour intensity, fruity aromas of ripe cherries and sour cherries in the foreground. On the palate, balanced structure with soft tannins, medium-weight body, harmonious and melty.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal and light but spicy dishes.
