About the wine
The Hundsdorfer family is driven by a love for nature and the cultural heritage of wine to achieve optimal starting material for great wines. The aim is to express the terroir of the Neckenmarkt wine mountains in the best possible way in order to create a unique drinking experience. The winery comprises 20 hectares of vineyards, which was the first Burgenland company to receive 3 state winners in one year and several awards.

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening. Smoky, intense herb seasoning, some cocoa, dried fruit aftertaste. Juicy, intense, extract-sweet texture, present tannins, chocolaty aftertaste, nougat even in the back taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, fried, grilled meat.
Vinification
18 months in French oak barrels.
