Tasting note
The Chardonnay grapes for this Blanc de Blancs come from the “Frillon” vineyard in Celles-sur-Ource. Expanded in steel tanks and only minimally sulfurized. Disgorged after six years of yeast storage. Fresh fruity nose with aromas of Meyer lemons, orange peel and lemon peel, honey melons and apricots, framed with fine notes of white flowers, madelaines and delicate mineral chalk tones. Tasty palate, crunchy, with mineral-nutty flavor and subtle saltiness in the finale.
