Tasting note
Bright ruby red, rich and elegant nose with notes of ripe red fruits, Mediterranean herbs and spicy spices. Lively, juicy and meaty on the palate. Behind them are powerful but not aggressive tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tuna and grilled red meat.
Vinification
Fermentation 9 - 12 days at 26°C. After tapping, the wine ages in steel tanks for at least 6 months.
