About the wine
Italy's most famous advertiser, Gavino Sanna, fulfilled his lifelong dream with Cantina Mesa: to produce his own top wine with a winery in his native Sardinia. And as you would expect from an advertiser, the outer appearance of the bottles is also convincing.

Tasting note
To start, floral notes and red fruits with a bit of maquis and spicy notes that are reminiscent of the Orient. The palate is rich and full, with a silky texture and fine-grained tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Harmoniert perfekt mit Truthahn, rotem Fleisch und kräftigem Lammragout.
Vinification
Fermentation for 18 - 20 days. The wine ages for 12 months, partly in tonneaux and barriques (2nd & 3rd vintages). Finish for 6 months in cement tanks.
