Tasting note
Quince, honey, melons and mint flow out of the glass, the wine makes the palate mouth-filling, the fine extract sweetness changes when played with the mild fruit acid, the exotic fruit aromas are elegantly paired with a mineral note right into the refreshing finale.
Culinary recommendation
A wine that is fun as an aperitif, but also goes very well with fruit appetizers or cheese.
Vinification
Short maceration time at 5°C. Fermentation with pure yeast at 15 - 17°C in steel tanks.
