Tasting note
A fresh, fruity and light sparkling wine. Light yellow with slight green reflections. Rather subdued bouquet with yet fine complexity. Pome fruit flavors (pear) predominate slightly, plus some citrusy scents, floral accents (linden blossom), biscuit and a light yeast tone. On the palate, the sparkling wine has a nice mousse, is dry and shows a beautifully present acidity. The body is of medium fullness. In the palate aromas, there is also a slightly vegetal note (grass/hay) and again a hint of yeast. Short finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with desserts and fruits.
