Brut Rosé Zürischum is a fresh and vibrant sparkling Pinot Noir from the heart of Zurich. Light, juicy, and with just the right touch of depth, it’s ideal for raising a glass at any relaxed moment or unwinding after a busy day.

Tasting note
Fresh notes of berries, citrus and exotic fruits, fine and long-lasting perlage with a balanced palate.
Vinification
Rosé Brut contains 100% Pinot Noir and, like the Räuschling vines, can thrive on the shores of Zurich's lake. In the last beautiful days of autumn, the purple-blue grapes are picked by hand and then gently pressed. The base wine is then bottled and fermented in the bottle using the “traditional method”. Limited to 2,500 bottles.
