Tasting note
The Brut Rosé sparkling wine from Gobelsburg Castle radiates the fine elegance of its origin. It smells of bright red cranberries and wild strawberries, spring herbs and is clothed by a slightly tart citrus note and floral hints. On the palate, it is slender, but with mouth-filling mousseux and refreshing acidity as well as mineral grip. The aroma is characterized by an animating variety of citrus fruits and currants.
