Tasting note
Greenish yellow color with golden reflections. Perfect rising perlage. Bouquet with aromas of citrus, orange blossom, almonds and a toast note. Fresh and elegant on the palate with medium acidity and a nice fruitiness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a vegetable salad with beetroot, coconut-lime fish curry or desserts.
Vinification
Traditional method (secondary fermentation in bottle), aged on yeast for 18 months. Dosage: 12g/l.
