Color: Fine mousse, brilliant gold with delicate green shimmer, long-lasting pearls. Aromatics: Fragrant, ripe bouquet, fine notes of brioche and hazelnut with a hint of candied, exotic fruits. Body: Pleasant, long soft start, elegant, harmonious body with well-integrated acidity, fresh, fine perlage. Quality: Strong, elegant and multi-layered mousseux of high quality.
